✈️ How It Works
1. Send Your Trip Inquiry
Fill in the contact form with your preferred travel dates and a few details about your family trip. We will get back to you within a maximum of 3 working days with more information and a travel proposal.
2. Receive Your Invoice
Once you are ready to proceed, we will send you an invoice. A 30% deposit must be paid within two (2) weeks after receiving the invoice.
3. Confirm Your Booking
After the payment is completed, please send us a copy of the payment confirmation. We will then provide you with more detailed information about your trip.
4. Book Your Flights and Car Rental
You can then book your flight tickets and, if you wish, a rental car for your stay in Finland. Once booked, please send us your flight details, including:
- Departure city and time
- Arrival time in Helsinki
Please also inform us about:
- Health conditions
- Food allergies
- Any special needs or important information for your trip
5. Receive Your Final Trip Details
Once everything is confirmed, you will receive your complete travel package, including:
- Accommodation details
- Planned activities
- Travel information and recommendations
